Shipping Information
How we ship
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of your order being placed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, along with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Delivery times
We ship to UK addresses. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard delivery: 7 to 14 business days
- Tracked shipping: included on all orders
Please note that during busy periods (such as Christmas) delivery times may be slightly longer. We always recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.
Free shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £60. Orders under £60 have a flat shipping fee applied at checkout.
Tracking your order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your parcel online at any time. If you have not received a tracking update within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us and we will look into it straight away.
International shipping
At the moment we ship to UK addresses only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
