Returns Policy
Our returns policy
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If something is not right, we will do everything we can to fix it quickly.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Email us at support@mystore.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or short video showing the fault or damage
- A brief description of the problem
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. You will not need to return the faulty item in most cases.
Change of mind returns
If you have changed your mind about a purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition it arrived in.
Please note: return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Wrong item received
If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of what arrived. We will send the correct item or issue a full refund straight away.

Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
