Frequently asked questions
How long does delivery take?
Most UK orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped so you can follow it the whole way.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all UK orders over £60. A flat shipping fee applies to orders under £60, shown at checkout.
My item arrived damaged or faulty. What do I do?
We are really sorry to hear that. Please email us at support@mystore.com with your order number and a photo of the issue within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund straight away — no need to return the item in most cases.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item if you change your mind. It must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns. See our full Returns Policy for details.
I ordered the wrong variant — can I change it?
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@mystore.com with your order number. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to make the change.
Do your products work with Alexa and Google Home?
Some of our products are compatible with Alexa and Google Home — this is listed in the product description where it applies. The WiFi Smart Curtain Robot and RGB LED TV Ambient Light Strip both offer smart assistant compatibility.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All products come with our standard 30-day returns and replacement guarantee. If a product develops a fault after this period, please still get in touch and we will try to help.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to UK addresses only. International shipping is something we are working on for the future.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you have not received tracking details within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us and we will investigate.
