Reporting a faulty or damaged item

If your order arrived damaged or faulty, please email us with the following so we can sort it out quickly:

  • Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
  • A photo or short video showing the issue
  • Your preferred resolution — replacement or refund

We will get back to you within 24 hours and we will make it right.

Order tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking link by email. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of ordering, please get in touch and we will look into it for you.
